PICKUP 

  • Please note that our maximum pick-up window is 7 DAYS. After 7 days, if you haven’t picked up the order, we reserve all rights to dispose of the order without refund. Please let us know if you need to reschedule for another pick-up time in advance.


SHIPPING

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $99
  • 2-10 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded.
  • Once we ship your order, a tracking number will be generated and sent to you. Please keep track of updates and be available to receive your package. Please note that we reserve all rights not to be held responsible for the courier's negligence resulting in the stolen/loss and damages of your package.
